Compare what people see, then check possible causes

Updated your site,
but visitors still see the old page?

Compare the page while signed in and signed out, then get a troubleshooting record. Cache status is optional. The result suggests what to check next; it cannot confirm the cause by itself.

First time here? Try a fictional example before entering details from your own site.

Is this the right tool?

For questions like “I changed my website but others cannot see it,” “It looks new when I am signed in but old when I sign out,” or “My phone still shows the old page.” You can start by comparing three views without knowing cache terms.

Your browserAcceleration serviceWebsite server

Only information you enter is analyzed. The tool does not visit your site, upload, or save your input. You can compare views even without Cloudflare or LiteSpeed.

01

Compare three views

Open the same public URL. Record what you see while signed in, the first time in a private window, and after refreshing that private window. Choose “Not sure” if you cannot tell.

Have cache status information? Add it here (optional)
02

Add cache status for two visits

Response headers are status information sent with the page. You can find them in your browser's Network tools. Skip this step if needed; HIT means one cache layer was used, not that the page is current.

Only these fields are read: X-LiteSpeed-Cache, X-LiteSpeed-Cache-Control, CF-Cache-Status, Cache-Control, Age, and Content-Type. Remove cookies, passwords, or authentication details before pasting.
