Check your tracking-number file before import.
Choose a file or paste its contents, confirm the order, carrier, and tracking-number columns, then select “Run check.” The tool flags blanks, duplicates, and numbers displayed like 1.23E+17. The file stays in this browser.
First time here? Select “Try sample data” below to see a complete result.
For questions like “My tracking-number file will not import,” “A long number became E+,” or “The same order appears twice.” The tool checks visible file problems; it does not connect to your store or edit the original file.
Choose a file or paste data
CSV is a plain-text table file ending in .csv. Tab- or semicolon-separated text also works. Export as UTF-8 from your original system. Maximum file size: 3 MB.
After choosing or pasting data, the columns are detected automatically. There is no separate upload step.
Only have an Excel workbook (.xlsx)? Export a fresh CSV from the original system. If spreadsheet software has already changed a long number, this tool can flag the risk but cannot recover the original digits.
Confirm the three columns
Each menu should point to the matching file column. If the automatic choices are correct, run the check. Otherwise, correct them first. Your original file is unchanged.
Results and next steps
This tool checks file format and contents only. It does not connect to a store or carrier, prove an order or parcel is real, or restore numbers already changed by spreadsheet software.
